The Mall Tour That Was
It took us long enough to post this. Our apologies. We have been busy with other things.
June 12, 2007. Promo Tour for Angels:

As proof that we did mean to post an update, here’s a nearly archaic entry written by Guile last June 20th, 2007:
I have received numerous complaints that my attempts at witty first sentences always come out corny. So this time, I’ll try to make it as straightforward as possible.
We not-so-recently played in the Angels Promotional Mall Tour held at the SM Food Court Entertainment Center whatever last June 12. Our song “Random” is included in the film’s Original Motion Picture Soundtrack so earned us a playing gig that afternoon. Also performing were fellow Cebuano artists featured in the soundtrack such as Soulstring and Refrain (kudos to producers Barney Borja and Mario Colmenares for an excellent job compiling songs for the soundtrack).
…Since we were the only full band present, it was decided that we would be the first to perform in order to kick off the program. We were only supposed to do “Random” but the program director asked us nicely if it would be okay for us play two songs (apparently, Jennylyn Mercado and Patrick Garcia were still on their way to the mall so the program director needed to stall). Why not? So we did. So we added “Waiting for Murray” in our very-limited set list.
We knew that we could never pull off the sparring guitar melodies of the “Random” without a second guitar player so we employed the services of our favorite session guitarist—Mister Murray Suson. True enough, the result was nothing short of “symphonic” (get back to me on that one later).
After the gig, the band was treated to something that I’m sure would prove to be An Unforgettable Memento of the Mall Gig—free fried chicken. And iced tea. Yummy. - Guile

Of course, after the gig, we couldn’t resist the chance to goof around:
Pare, ang pogi! Pa-kiss naman oh!

The thorn among the flowers:

The two corniest people alive:

Pare, you complete me, pare!
